As a second part of the project Export knowledge - Import art we will carry out the meeting of the project partners ZULK - Association of creative people in culture, Romani Socio-Cultural Foundation “Ion Cioaba” and KUD Romi Berovo in in the Romanian town of Sibiu.
Intended program of the meeting from March 10th 2011until March 12th is:
First day of the meeting:
- Signing the contract about the cooperation in the project Export knowledge - Import.
- A brief presentation of the Export -Import project with further guidelines of the meeting
- A brief presentation of the ZULK and his activities
- A brief presentation of Festival Romano Čhon in Slovenia: what is its purpose, what are main goals, statistics (visit), results
- Presentation of the Romano Čhon 2011 festival program
- Presentation of The Rromani Social-Cultural Foundation "Ion Cioaba", their past activities, what their plans for the future, discussion about any potential problems with organizing festival in Sibiu
Second day of the meeting:
- Presentation of House of culture Dimitar Berovski, folklore section KUD Romi Berovo
- Presentation of events performed during Festival Romano Čhon in Maribor by House of culture Dimitar Berovski, folklore section KUD Romi
- Presentation of events performed during Festival Romano Čhon in Maribor by The Rromani Social-Cultural Foundation "Ion Cioaba"
- Presentation of our links with partnering organization and how to establish connections with partnering organizations.
- Exchange of ideas for Festival Romano Čhon 2012 - how we could cooperate - discussion
Third and last day of the meeting:
- Analysis of meeting and exchange of views
- Preparation of visit in Maribor
- Questions
